No. CORE360 is the operator-favorable alternative to a group purchasing organization. A GPO typically marks up your spend or keeps the rebates it negotiates; CORE360 charges a transparent fee for the work it performs, never a markup on what you buy, and passes 100% of every rebate, incentive and allowance back to you. You own every contract.
How is CORE paid?
Through a simple, transparent fee: a fixed monthly service fee plus a quarterly procurement-management fee applied only to the purchase volume we manage, so you never pay on spend we do not touch. There is no markup on your spend and no rebate skimming. 100% of every rebate, incentive and allowance we negotiate lands on your books, not ours, so our incentives stay aligned with lowering your costs.
